You can book directly through our website by clicking "Book Now" or contact us via Facebook messenger or email.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks before your event to secure your preferred bouncy castle.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, we understand plans change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Wellington, Christchurch and surrounding regions. Contact us to confirm if we service your location.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes just 15 minutes, and we ensure everything is ready before your event begins.
Do I need to provide anything for setup?
Just a clear, flat space for the bouncy castle and access to a power outlet within 25 meters.
Are your bouncy castles safe?
Yes, safety is our top priority! We secure castles with pegs on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces.
What is the weight or age limit for the bouncy castles?
Our castles are designed for kids 6 years and under, with a maximum weight limit of 100kg (5 children) at a time.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor the weather forecast in the lead-up to your booking. If conditions look undesirable, we'll get in touch to see if we can move the castle indoors or under cover. If there's no indoor option and you'd like to cancel, we'll refund the full amount paid. No stress.
